クラスレポート
Level Test Result
The most reliable way to find out your English level is to take a well-designed assessment test. In CPILS, students are required to take the level test for 50 minutes before they start their actual classes. This is to determine their individual strengths and weaknesses in learning the language. After the test, the teacher gives feedback and recommendations for the student's further improvement.
Daily Report
This report is done every after class and sent to the student through Skype/Zoom.
This contains the student's grammar lapses with teacher's corrections, incorrect pronunciation, new I earned vocabulary and homework. This will help the student to review and improve their English fluency and accuracy.
Progress Test Result
The Progress Test is designed to gauge the academic progress of the student. The report shows the strengths and weaknesses of the student's performance during the test are also included. These comments cover the different criteria, such as Fluency and Coherence, Structure and Grammar, and Vocabulary and Pronunciation. Apart from the data and comments, it also includes corrected sentences and pronunciation that the student can review. The progress test is administered every 4th week of the student for a duration of 20 minutes.
Certificate
At the end of the course, the student will receive a certificate of completion from CPILS. The certificate, which is signed by the school's academic director, validates the student's level and indicates the course taken.

規則
Classes
1.1 利用可能時間:8:00～22:00（フィリピン時間）
1.2 履修登録は授業開始の2週間前に完了する必要があります。
1.3 英語のネイティブグループクラスは、適切なクラスがない場合、フィリピン人講師による1:1クラスに変更になる場合がございます。
1.4 登録できるのは10歳以上の学生のみです。
1.5 生徒は授業前に機器の点検を行ってください。生徒の過失により授業が実施されなかった場合、補習授業はございません。
1.6 生徒が授業期間を延長しようとする場合は、講師、代理店または担当者に通知しなければならない。最初の期間が終了する少なくとも1週間前に、担当者にお知らせください。
1.7 講師に対する罵倒、暴言、不合理な行為が確認された場合は、授業コースを中断することがあります。中断されたコースの返金はございません。
Refund
2.1 コース開始前の返金：100%返金
2.2 コースの残りが50%以上かつ4週間を超える場合：コースの残りの25%は返金されます。
2.3 コースが50%以上進んでいる場合：払い戻しはありません。
Attendance
3.1 授業時間にCPILSの講師が生徒に電話します。講師が3回電話し、生徒より返事がない場合は授業中に「欠席」扱いになります。
3.2 生徒が授業期間内に講師に電話をかけ直すと、残りの時間で授業を進めることができます。
3.3 事前の通知なしに欠席のための振替クラスはございません。
Class Hold
4.1 保留の申請は、希望の保留日の24時間前までにしなければならない。
4.2 生徒は4週間に2回までの授業を保留することができる。
4.3 保留期間は1～5営業日以内です。
4.4 生徒が授業を10日以上保留する場合は、担当講師が変更になる場合がございます。
Changing
5.1 授業時間または講師の変更申請は、月曜日から木曜日まで可能です。変更は翌月曜日から有効になります。
5.2 講師は、休暇、病気休暇、退職などにより変更になる場合がございます。
5.3 生徒のSkypeアカウントが変更された場合、少なくとも1日前までにCPILSスタッフに通知する必要があります。変更の通知がなく、授業が行われなかった場合の補習授業はありません。
5.4 学生が期間内に登録されたコースを変更したい場合、追加費用が発生することがあります。
Internet Issues
通信障害等の問題により授業が不可能と判断された場合、生徒は講師にセッションの中止を求めることができます。このような場合はフルメイクアップクラス（50分クラス）が提供されます。授業が半分以上進行後に中止になる場合、授業時間の50%を次のように提供されます。（25分クラス）
Holiday
祝日で休講になった授業は自動的に受講期間末日に移動するので、実際の授業日数に変更はありません。CPILSオンラインは、フィリピンの祝日と臨時休暇、韓国の祝日（年末年始、秋夕）と法定休日に基づいて休日をスケジュールしています。CPILSオンラインホリデーが設定されている場合、CPILSのスタッフと講師が生徒とエージェントに通知します。
Transferring classes
登録学生が正当な理由により受講期間を終了できない場合は残りの受講期間を他の人に譲渡することができます。ただし、クラスの譲渡は1回しかできません。何らかの理由で受講者が残りの期間を続けることができない場合クラスはキャンセルされます。
