La Lingua Language Schoolの外部学生寮について
I am writing to inform you that the fee of our shared accommodation will be increased from 1st of July 2023.
The new fee will be $215 per person per week for a twin room.
Please note that single rooms have not been offered since this year, and we only have twin rooms available.
All other fees, including the placement fee, the airport pick-up fee, and bond remain the same as current rates:
• Placement fee: $340
• Airport pick-up fee: $190 (one way)
• Bond: $350 (payable in cash on your arrival day)
If you have already applied for our shared accommodation and received a tax invoice from us, you can still pay the current fee.
If you begin your shared accommodation before 1st July 2023, you still can pay the current fee, even if your check-out date is after 1st July 2023.
Additionally, please be advised that from now on, check-in and check-out will not be available between 15 December 2023 and 3 January 2024 as the management team will be on holiday this period.
